She strongly believes that quality education is very essential for becoming a confident and intelligent human being. Several NGO's are making a significant contribution in this area, whether it is preschool, vocational, technical or management education. The need for upgrading the technical skills; proficiency in English language; computer applications; analytical skills and soft skills such as professional and interpersonal communication; team spirit; commitment etc needed for employability is growing very fast. Similarly, in the rural and semi-urban areas, the need for initiatives in micro-finance; marketing of agricultural produce; dairy; handloom; artifacts; herbal plantations; land development, horticulture; floriculture and several other similar activities is being felt strongly to help empower people and augment rural incomes. Equally important are the initiatives in the areas of women empowerment; old age care; preservation of the natural resources; ecology & environment; art & culture and heritage.

C'valik Foundation will strive to accomplish this twin objective of education and development while working with other NGO's, government agencies; financial institutions; business enterprises and other individuals and organizations sharing similar values and objects.
